- How does the free trial work?
- Every new workspace gets 7 days of the Growth plan free, with no card. After that it moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid one — nothing is locked or deleted. Your jobs, candidates and staff records stay where they are.
- How do I pay?
- An owner or admin pays from Plan & billing inside the app, by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack, in naira. Each payment covers one month or one year. Teams that prefer to pay against an invoice can email us.
- What does annual billing save?
- Pay for 10 months and get 12 — 2 months free. It is the only discount we offer, and it is the same for everyone.
- What happens if we go over a limit?
- Your usage page shows how much of each allowance is left. If you need more AI screens in a month, they are ₦40 each — email us to add them, or move up a plan.
- How are users counted?
- Paid plans are priced per user, per month, with a minimum of 50 users. Everyone on your staff list counts, except people who have left. A company of 30 pays for 50; a company of 80 pays for 80. The price is worked out from your staff list when you pay.
- Can we change plan or cancel?
- Yes. You can move up at any time. A plan you pay for runs to the end of that month or year, and nothing renews without you paying again. If a plan ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan’s limits; your records are not deleted.
- Does the AI decide who we hire?
- No. AI screening reads each CV against the role and shows its reasoning. It never rejects a candidate; a person on your team decides every time.
- Where is our data kept?
- Your records are in a database in Johannesburg, South Africa, and each workspace is kept separate at the database level. Uploaded files such as CVs are held by our storage provider, which may keep copies outside Africa. The privacy notice has the details.
